Community movement class open to all! Many of our Livable Futures collaborators list movement and open ended creative exploration as part of what helps them thrive in uncertain times. To that end, we are teaming up with Flux & Flow dance studio to host a series of Community Movement classes and we are kicking off the series with a special Gaga Dance class with James Graham! Open to everyone!

Gaga is the movement language developed by Ohad Naharin/ Batsheva in Tel Aviv, Israel. Gaga movement classes are a guided movement experience of images, ideas, directions, and prompts. We move (however large or small) for the entire class adding layer upon layer. We work at our own volume, so whether you have never moved or move every day, you can connect to Gaga. This is a wonderfully nourishing way to move in community and if you’ve never done it before we encourage you to take the leap!
These classes are part of a series of community movement events Flux and Flow is co-creating with Livable Futures including more movement and creative workshops in December and January and our upcoming show at the Wexner Center for the Arts.
Stick around after class for tea and cookies and to connect with some of our Livable Futures collaborators.
This is a donation base class, pay what you can and the proceeds will support Flux+Flow as a space.
